We are often ready to make changes but are not sure where to start. My journey started with making changes to my food habits, after which I shifted towards fitness and ultimately towards a complete lifestyle change. The transformation has not been easy and did not happen overnight. I failed many a time before I finally decided that I was going to change my body. I could not identify with my body. I was tired of carrying my heavy body and watching my face bloat. After 7 years of trying to lose fat, I finally started seeing results. It is normal, if not natural, to be delusional and blame everyone else or everything else for our choices. The truth is, you have to ask yourself what it is that you need and then be absolutely ready to take steps to reach where you want to be.
I want to clarify that I’m not a doctor, but I’m sharing everything I’ve learned dealing with my skin issues over the years. I’m not a nutritionist but have been learning from a top nutritionist & fitness coach in India. I’m not looking for any designations but just making a few changes to my life while giving back to the world.
